Care Instructions

We strongly recommend washing your fabric in a delicate, cold, hand wash and hung up inside out or in the shade to maintain their best colour quality. If you would like to keep your colours vibrant, please handle with extra care: hand wash cold and do not tumble dry or dry clean.

Colours

We have done our very best to ensure that our photos are accurate. We take great care in shooting and editing our product images to achieve the best possible representation of the fabric hues. Due to the vast resolution variations between each screen, we cannot guarantee the colour online will be an exact match to what you see in person.

Our Logo

We do our best to ensure accurate descriptions on all products. Please note: as any artist would sign their work, you will often find the Ellie Whittaker logo on most of our designs in various scales and sizes.

Continuous Fabric Cuts

Fabrics are pre-cut so as to maintain accurate stock levels. Where more than one metre is ordered from the drop down menu it will be sent as one continuous piece. However, if two pieces are ordered they cannot be combined to create one continuous piece.

Modifications/Combined Orders

If you have multiple outstanding orders in our system, please contact us at admin@elliewhittaker.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate any issues and discrepancies with orders. However, please note we are not able to accommodate combine-order requests at this time.

Merchandise

Please note that our merchandise is created especially for you and will arrive separately to any fabric, and later, should you order both.

Fabric Shipping

Our fabrics dispatch from the Gold Coast within 24-72 hours (please allow 3-4 business days during sale periods).

Delivery times are dependent on location.

Shipping within Australia is tracked and a flat rate of $11 or free when you spend over $150.

International rates are calculated at checkout.

Merchandise Shipping and Delivery Times

8-15 business days to most metro areas in Australia

8-20 business days to non-metro areas in Australia

Sweatshirts (crewnecks & hoodies) and designs with double-sided prints may add an average 1-3 business days to the production time.

Estimated time includes production + delivery. All advertised times are estimates and not a guarantee.

If you need to combine orders, please get in touch immediately as we print your shipping labels very soon after purchase.
